Aims & Objectives of Save Family Foundation:

  1. To promote marital and family harmony.
  2. To promote for the Replacement of word like Men/women to Person and Husband/Wife to Spouse in all government LAW and Policy to achieve the real Gender Equality.
  3. To promote deterrents against false complaints and arrests without investigation. To discourage malicious prosecutions in matrimonial cases.
  4. To provide a helping hand to abused/distressed men and their Family members to avoid taking any extreme step like Suicide.
  5. To provide a platform for fighting against misuse of dowry laws/Anti-rape laws.
  6. To actively work for creating a dowry free society without adversely effecting the institution of marriage, family structure and implication of innocents.
  7. To create awareness about current dowry/cruelty/harassment related laws and their detrimental effects on family members including husband, wife, their children and relatives.
  8. To provide psychosocial and emotional support to the innocent persons who are affected by malicious implication through dowry/anti-rape laws.
  9. To demote cultural changes like single parenting, to safe guard child welfare and integrity of Indian family.
  10. To safe guard interests of Elder’s and their respect in society and discourage Elder Abuse through dowry related laws.
  11. Pursue amendments/reform in existing laws and legal procedures, so that all sections of society enjoy equal rights for justice, irrespective of their race, age, religion and gender.  To promote gender equality and reduce gender discrimination.
  12. To work to ensure speedy trial and justice to all.
  13. To take up issues related to Human Rights Violations and violation of Fundamental Rights as per Indian constitution and raise these issues at appropriate platforms.
  14. To collaborate with different sections of society, other organizations working towards similar goals, Government bodies, legal authorities etc for the betterment of Indian society.
  15. To perform all such acts as may be necessary for the achievements and accomplishment of the above mentioned aims and objectives.
  16. All the incomes, earnings, movable/immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as said forth in the memorandum of association and no profit thereof shall be paid off and transferred directly and indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner what-so-ever to the present or the past members of the society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No members of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable property of the society or make any profits what-so-ever by virtue of this membership.
