Being a 17 years practicing advocate & highly expert in matrimonial law, I inform you that no political party in India and Human Rights Commission & Women's Commission are not willing to change the draconian law. Now new Marital Rape Laws will be heavily misused. Even, Court is not willing to implement Section 193 of IPC & 2(c ) of the Contempt of Court Act against Bride. As a Lawyer, it is extremely difficult to defend husband and his family in Court.
